Itinerary

Day 1: HA NOI ARRIVAL (L,D) (Lunch, Dinner) November 07, 2024

Take flight to Ha Noi.

After arriving at Ha Noi International Airport, you will be greeted by our tour guide.

Then visit Ho Chi Minh complex: the Presidential Palace, House-on-Stilts, and the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Continue visitting the One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world.

Then, you will visit Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters and the beauty of Ngoc Son Temple. Enjoy lunch at the restaurant. Then check in hotel, take a rest.

In the evening, take a journey through Hanoi’s Old Quarter by electric car (or cyclo for small group) about 45mns, where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and exploration.

Enjoy dinner at the restaurant then back to your hotel.

Overnight in Ha Noi.

Day 2: SAPA – CAT CAT VILLAGE (B,L,D) (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) November 08, 2024

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and chec out. Then limousin bus will pick up you transfer to Sapa. After arrive in Sapa, about 13:00 have your lunch at the restaurant.

In the afternoon, pick up and start trekking to Cat Cat Village which is occupied by the Black H’mong tribe. Here, you can see the hydroelectric power station which was built by the French in twentieth century. You will experience the tribal way of life of ethnic minotities while enjoying wonderful views of the terraced rice paddy fields and the waterfall in Cat Cat village. Visitors will also understand culture, unique customs, traditional crafts such as weaving, touching carved silver, forged agricultural tools…

Visit Sapa stone church, Sapa Lake, Sapa Market

Enjoy your dinner at the restaurant. Then check in hotel.

Day 3: SAPA- FANSIPAN– HA NOI (B,L) (Breakfast, Lunch) November 09, 2024

Have a breakfast at hotel and check out. In the morning, transfer to Fansipan Cable Station. Start an amazing trip to reach the Indochina Roof, 3143m above the sea level: Starting by cable car and step up to the Peak, free to explore the Peak and enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful landscapes from the high.Walking to the top then take the train back to cable car station.

Enjoy the lunch at the restaurant.

Free shopping at local market then limousin bus transfer to Ha Noi. Check in hotel.

Overnight in Ha Noi.

Day 4: HANOI – HA LONG – HA LONG BAY ( B,L,D) (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) November 10, 2024

In the morning, about 08:00 driver will pick you up. Then transfer to Ha Long Bay.

10:00 - 12:00: Check in at Ambassador’s Lounge (1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City).

12:00 - 12:30 Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Cruise and a short welcoming briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant, whilst you are sipping our special welcome drink.

12:45 - 14:00: Savor a buffet lunch whilst enjoying the majestic views of the World Natural Wonder, Halong Bay’s limestone islets.

14:30 - 15:30: Your first excursion is a visit to Luon Cave – one of the most unique caves in Halong Bay featuring the self-contained lake inside a closed arch-shaped mountain

16:00 - 17:00: Visit Titov Island – a splendid destination encompassing a crescent moon-shaped beach, where you can immerse yourself in the turquoise water and climb to the top of the Island beholding the breathtaking 360o view of the bay.

15:45 - 16:30: For guests who are not participating in any excursions, we will serve home-made cakes at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay onboard and opt for an afternoon of pampering at Atelier de Beauté Spa* or immersing yourself in the outdoor Jacuzzi pool.

17:30 - 18:30: At sundown, Ambassador Cruise will anchor overnight.

This is the perfect time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour* and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depends on weather conditions) and live music at the Piano Lounge before dinner and guaranteed to whet the appetite.

19:00: Savor a delicious dinner with Chef’s special menu at the restaurant. (Dress code: formal/semi formal/ smart casual)

After dinner, indulge in drinks* and enjoy live music from Midnight Buzz Band at the Piano Lounge from 20:30 – 22:30 (except Tuesday), squid fishing, a spa treatment at Atelier de Beauté Spa*, or movies at your cabin.

Overnight on cruise.

Day 5: HA LONG BAY – HA NOI (B,L) (Breakfast, Lunch) November 11, 2024

06:30 - 07:00: Start your day with a Taichi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge.(depends on weather conditions).

07:00 - 07:30: Enjoy light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge. 07:30 - 08:30: Explore Sung Sot Cave - the largest and most magnificent cave in the bay featuring marvelous and mysterious thousand-year-old stalactites in a variety of unique forms. Full breakfast is served at the restaurant 09:30 - 09:45: Bill settlement and check-out at the reception at the first deck.

10:15 - 10:30: Disembark at Halong International Cruise Port Transfer to Ha Noi Hotel for check in.

Free at leisure.

Overnight in Ha Noi.

Day 6: HA NOI – DEPARTURE (B) (Breakfast) November 12, 2024

Free at leisure until pick up and transfer to Ha Noi international airport for flight back to your country.

Our Children Policy
- Free of charge for children under 4 years old, other expenses pay by parents
- 75% rate of adult for children from 5 to 10 years old (sleep with parent)
- Children over 10 years old are charged as adults
Two adults bring 2 children, The 2nd child will be charged 100% adult price.
Payments Policy
- The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email within 15 minutes of successful booking.
- The confirmation voucher will be released via email in less than 48 hours after customers making deposit.
- To confirm the booking, 30% deposit of total tour cose will be required (not applied for prepaid service such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on the starting day of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation received before 60 days: FREE of charge
- Cancellation received from 30 days to 59 days prior arrival date: 10% of total rate
- Cancellation received from 15 days to 29 days prior arrival date: 30% of total rate
- Cancellation received from 7 days to 14 days prior arrival date: 50% of total rate
- Cancellation received less than 7 days prior arrival date or No show: 100% of total rate
