1. CONFIRMATION POLICY

A minimum deposit of 30% of the total booking is required to guarantee all reservations. After the pre-payment has been verified, we will send you a confirmation email along with the receipt for your deposit attached in (PDF) format.

The confirmation of your booking will be sent exclusively from Bi's House Vietnam Travel using the email address: bishousevietnamtravel@gmail.com. Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will be prompted to fill out a form, which includes the full names of your group, dates of birth, passport numbers with expiry dates, any special requests (such as room preferences, bed type, specific hotel facilities, and a list of foods you are unable to consume or have allergies to).

If you do not receive the email within 48 hours, please reach out to the person in charge (PIC) with whom you have been corresponding for assistance.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

To initiate a cancellation, please contact the Person in Charge (PIC) at Bi's House Vietnam Travel via telephone/WhatsApp, or you can send an email to bishousevietnamtravel@gmail.com. We will confirm your cancellation through email.

In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure (valid reasons and supporting evidence required), we will assess the situation and the extent of the impact to provide appropriate and fair refund options.

For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by Bi's House Viet Nam Travel will determine the refund due as follows:

  • Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the commencement of the tour will incur no cancellation fee. We will refund the paid amount, deducting any non-recoverable upfront costs that the Person in Charge (PIC) has incurred on your behalf. These upfront costs include the PIC's out-of-pocket expenses for tickets, transportation deposits, and other non-recoverable tour expenses. Please contact the PIC to inquire about these costs, if any.
  • For example: Regarding to packages included airline tickets, we will study the case and issue refunds (which follows the cancellation of airline policy) for these expenses if any. Voucher of accomodations applied too…
  • If you cancel 29 to 20 days before the start of the tour: 20% cancellation fee. If you have paid for your tour in full, we will issue a refund of 80%. If you paid only a deposit we will refund only the amount paid in excess of 20% of the tour price.
  • If you cancel 19 to 8 days before the start of the tour: 50% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the tour: 100% cancellation fee.

3. HEALTH ISSUES

For individuals with pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to illnesses, diabetes, pregnancy, asthma, gastric reflux, cancer, heart problems, epilepsy, respiratory or mobility issues, it is advisable to consult a medical professional for a personal health examination and obtain medical clearance certifying your full ability to participate in the tour as outlined in the company literature specific to your tour or customized arrangements before making a booking. You are accountable for evaluating whether a Tour/Tailored arrangement is suitable for you. We do not provide medical advice, and it is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of the itinerary based on your unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level, and medical needs.

4. PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS & HEALTH FORMALITIES

Ensuring compliance with passport, visa, health, and immigration requirements for your itinerary is your responsibility. While we can offer general information, it is crucial that you verify the requirements for your specific circumstances directly with the relevant embassies and/or consulates, as well as consult with your doctor as necessary.
