1. CONFIRMATION POLICY
A minimum deposit of 30% of the total booking is required to guarantee all reservations. After the pre-payment has been verified, we will send you a confirmation email along with the receipt for your deposit attached in (PDF) format.
The confirmation of your booking will be sent exclusively from Bi's House Vietnam Travel using the email address: bishousevietnamtravel@gmail.com. Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will be prompted to fill out a form, which includes the full names of your group, dates of birth, passport numbers with expiry dates, any special requests (such as room preferences, bed type, specific hotel facilities, and a list of foods you are unable to consume or have allergies to).
If you do not receive the email within 48 hours, please reach out to the person in charge (PIC) with whom you have been corresponding for assistance.

For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by Bi's House Viet Nam Travel will determine the refund due as follows:

For individuals with pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to illnesses, diabetes, pregnancy, asthma, gastric reflux, cancer, heart problems, epilepsy, respiratory or mobility issues, it is advisable to consult a medical professional for a personal health examination and obtain medical clearance certifying your full ability to participate in the tour as outlined in the company literature specific to your tour or customized arrangements before making a booking. You are accountable for evaluating whether a Tour/Tailored arrangement is suitable for you. We do not provide medical advice, and it is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of the itinerary based on your unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level, and medical needs.
4. PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS & HEALTH FORMALITIES
Ensuring compliance with passport, visa, health, and immigration requirements for your itinerary is your responsibility. While we can offer general information, it is crucial that you verify the requirements for your specific circumstances directly with the relevant embassies and/or consulates, as well as consult with your doctor as necessary.
