DAY 2: HA NOI - HALONG BAY (B,L,D)

Activities: Travel to Halong Bay, visit caves, islands and enjoy seafood

Itinerary:

Have breakfast, then check out hotel. Today we take a 165km drive heading toward Quang Ninh Province to discover one of the most attractive destinations in Vietnam, Halong Bay. Recognized as the World Natural Heritage site in 1994 and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in 2011, Halong Bay fascinates its visitors with the stunningly spectacular seascape and unspoiled natural scenery. Also known as "The Place of thousand caves and islands", Halong Bay is endowed with unaffected limestone islands, exceptional beautiful grottos and caves such as Dau Go, Thien Cung, Sung Sot, which definitely impress you. Let’s laze on a wooden junk, enjoy the cool wind and emerald water while the delicious seafood lunch is being prepared. Halong Bay is also an ideal place for many interesting sports like swimming, kayaking that you should not miss. Dinner is served on board with awesome fresh seafood. Overnight on boat.

DAY 3: HA LONG BAY – HA NOI (B,L)

Activities: Cruise Halong Bay in the morning, Visit Thien Canh Son Cave, check out the boat, return to hotel in Hanoi.

Included: Hotel in Ha Noi, ground transportation, entrance fee, tour guide, breakfast and lunch, train to Lao Cai (Sapa)

Itinerary:

You'll have breakfast on boat and then spend the morning cruising Halong Bay and explore the beauty of the bay. Visit Thien Canh Son cave, after lunch the cruise ends up at the dock at around 11.30AM to check out the boat and head backwards to Ha Noi. Arrive in your hotel about 05:00pm.

Overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 4: HOA LU – TAM COC – MUA CAVE - FLIGHT TO DA NANG ( B, L, D)

Activities: visit Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, Mua cave

Included: Accomodation, ground transportation, guide, entrance fee, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Itinerary:

8:00AM, pick up at your hotel and head out for Ninh Binh (2 hours driving). There is a beautiful roadside scenery on the way. Arriving in Ninh Binh city, first pay a visit to Hoa Lu – the ancient Royal Capital of Vietnam, visit the two temples: Temple of King Dinh and King Le, admire the unique architecture from ancient times.

Continue to Tam Coc and have lunch at a nice restaurant with many local delicacies. Then boarding a small sampan to visit Tam Coc which means literally “three caves” (2.5 hour boat trip). With Halong bay type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscape like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all. You will feel the fresh air and peaceful moments, a very good opportunities for photo lovers, freezing the special moments and scenery.

Time permits, you can also visit Bich Dong pagoda nearby and climb up the mountain to have a wonderful perspective view of the Bich Dong and Tam Coc. Return to Hanoi late afternoon.

Optional: Riding a bike through the countryside in Tam Coc or climbing up to Hang Mua, you will wallow in a wonderful landscape of mountain, valley and river, enjoy the spectacular views from Hang Mua over Tam Coc and Ninh Binh’s stunning countryside.

Evening : Arter dinner, flight to Da Nang, pick up and transfer to hotel in Da Nang

DAY 5: DA NANG CITY TOUR (B,L)

Activities: Da Nang city tour.

Itinerary:

In the morning you will be greeted by our guide and transfer to visit Marble Mountain, discover the stunning natural caves, the mysterious pagodas and enjoy the beautiful view from the top.

Next stop is Non Nuoc stone carving village located at the foot of Marble Mountains is a famous traditional village of Danang city for fine art stone engraving products.

Then drive along Hoang Sa-Truong Sa street to Son Tra peninsula, visit the Linh Ung pogada - the city sympol of peace.

Visit Han market, one of the city’s major traditional markets. Walk over the Dragon Bridge, the Guinness World Record ‘largest steel Dragon’, for a river view and to see the riverside carp-dragon statue.

Enjoy your dinner at the restaurant. Free shopping at Han Market.

Transfer back to your hotel.

DAY 6: DA NANG - BA NA HILL - GIANT HAND BRIDGE (B,L)

Activities: Visit Ba Na hill, Golden bridge, French village

Itinerary:

08h30: Pick you up from your hotel for the journey to Ba Na Hills. Then check in at the Suoi Mo Cable car Station. You will admire the heights from the most modern cable car system in Southeast Asia. Enjoy the funicular railway, visit Golden Bridge, Linh Ung pagoda, France wine cellar, D'amour flower garden.

Have a lunch with buffet in Bana Hills

In the afternoon, free time to visit & play games at Fantasy Park, explore French Village, King Peak at an altitude 1.487m, and admire the stunning panoramic views of Bana & Da Nang.

Then return to Cable car & transfer back to your hotel in Da Nang.

Overnight in Da Nang.

DAY 7: HOI AN - COCONUT JUNGLE AND HOI AN CITY TOUR (B,L,D)

08:30 Driver and guide pick you up from your hotel, depart to Hoi An (30 km)

09:30 Arrive in Hoi An, transfer to the Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle and have chance to rowing basket boats with the locals. You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest. You can get some loveable handmade souvenirs made from nipa palm leaves such as hats, watches, rings…

The next stop is our restaurant. You have lunch with some Vietnamese foods and take a rest there.

Finish your time in Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle, transfer to your hotel in Hoi An for checkin and relax.

Afternoon: visit Hoi An city

Firstly, you’ll visit Hoi An market which is always bustling. It offers an unmissable shopping experience. This market is full of sights, colors, sounds and smells.

Then, walking to the Hoi An Old Town

You will see remarkably well-preserved old houses that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all around the world.

Make a stop at the Japanese Covered Bridge. The bridge spans a small waterway and was constructed more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance.

Go to the Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colourful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues and elaborate rooftops. Get an introduction to ancestor worship while visiting the family altar and watching local devotees making offerings.

Additionally, visit some of Hoi An’s well-known handicraft shops and artwork galleries. Discover smaller laneways and local neighbourhoods, gaining a better appreciation of Hoi An’s endless charm.

DAY 8: HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL - HO CHI MINH CITY – FREE SHOPPING (B,L)

Activities: Visit Ho Chi Minh City: The Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office.

After breakfast, check out hotel in Da Nang, our car pick you up and transfer to the airport for flying to Ho Chi Minh city

When you arrival Tan Son Nhat airport, our guide and car will pick you and transfer to hotel for check in , than we will start for your lunch at restaurant. After your lunch, we will tranfer you to visit:

The Reunification Palace : This is one of the most important buildings in the city. Here on April 30, 1975, what the Vietnamese refer to as the ‘American War' officially ended when tank number 843 of the North Vietnamese Army crashed through the gates of what was, at the time, the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam .

War Remnants Museum : Formerly known as the Museum of American War Crimes , this is a poignant display of the futility of war. Some of the black and white photography in the ‘Requiem' exhibit is particularly touching, dedicated to both foreign and Vietnamese journalists and photographers who perished during the conflict. The exhibit includes the last shots these photographers had taken before their deaths. The courtyard outside contains the spoils of war, namely rusting jets, tanks and cannons captured from the American military machine.

Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office : Built between 1877 and 1883 this is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture. Remarkably every stone used in its creation was shipped from France to Vietnam . Her two 40m towers, topped with iron spires dominate the city's skyline. The Old Post Office is another example of French colonial architecture and is also the country's largest post office.

DAY 9: CU CHI TUNNEL - MEKONG DELTA (B, L)

Activities: Visit Cu Chi tunnel, visit My Tho, fruit gardens, and experience local life in Mekong Delta

Itinerary:

At 08.00am we'll pick you up at your hotel and then depart for Cu Chi Tunnels, approximately 70 km (1, 5 hours).

•Watch the documentary about the mystery of Cu Chi Tunnels and have a real history lesson
•Crawl under the tunnels
•Understand how the VC traps were made, in a workshop
•Watch how locals used to make sandals for soldiers
•Try to shoot with AK47 or MK16 riffles in a well-supervised area (*optional with surcharge)
•Try out the food VC ate during the war

After the tunnels, we will head out to the Mekong and have lunch at a local restaurant.

•Visit honey bee farm and taste delicious honey tea with lemon that is really good for health
•Walking on the village's road to the coconut candy shop, learn how to make candy, and show some handicrafts made by coconut tree
•Stop at a seasonable fruits garden where you can enjoy many different types of tasty tropical fruits while checking out "Don Ca Tai Tu", a genre of traditional folk music recognized by UNESCO

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE

It’s an easy and relaxing day (Hotel check-out time:12pm) Our driver will transfer you to airport. Say goodbye Vietnam!
